PATATTEKIND: OUR FRENCHIES & HISTORY
Patattekind is a dedicated French Bulldog kennel based in Nottingham, rooted in over 50 years of family tradition and passion for the breed. What began as a small, heartfelt initiative by our grandparents, has grown into a multi-generational legacy of responsible, ethical breeding. Today, we proudly continue this tradition, raising our French Bulldogs in a warm, home environment where they receive constant love, attention, and the best possible care.
Our latest litter marks the 15th generation of our carefully nurtured bloodline—a testament to decades of commitment to health, temperament, and breed standards. We prioritize the wellbeing of our dogs above all, ensuring each puppy is well-socialized and ready for life as a cherished family companion.
Visitors are always welcome to meet the puppies in our home, as well as their mother and grandmother, who are both beloved members of our household. Their presence reflects the continuity and care that defines everything we do.

Patattekind Bianca Del Rio
Bianca is Patatje’s child (born in 2025) and represents our family’s 15th generation. This gorgeous lady is full of sass!

Mom Patatje
Patatje - Dutch for “French Fry” - is our very first Frenchie. We got her in October 2021 and she came to live with us in the UK with her mother Lobke.

Daddy Ice
Ice is a stud from our other family bloodline and is living in the Netherlands. This handsome healthy boy loves to go for long walks in nature

Lobke was born at my parents’ in the Netherlands and when Patatje came to live with us, this sassy Frenchie also starting living with us

Current matriarch of our line, Tippy is 12 years old (2025). Just Like Patatje for us, and Lobke for our parents, she was the litter favourite.
