Welcome to Funny French Bulldogs.com. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve written them in plain English (no legal gymnastics), but they are still legally binding — so please give them a quick read.

How Our Shop Works (Print-on-Demand)

Every item you order is made especially for you once you place your order. That means:

• We don’t hold big piles of stock.

• Your item goes into production shortly after purchase.

• We reduce waste by only printing what’s needed.

Because of this:

• Orders usually can’t be changed or cancelled once production has started.

• Slight colour differences may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

• Print placement may vary slightly (but we promise it still looks fabulous).

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, sizing guides and images are accurate.

Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order:

1. You’ll receive a confirmation email (this just confirms we got it).

2. The contract between us is formed when your item is dispatched.

We may cancel an order if:

• There’s a pricing error

• The item becomes unavailable

• We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel after payment, you’ll receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Our website offers a GBP to Euro conversion facility, however the final price will be in British Pounds only.

• Prices include VAT where applicable.

• Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

• Full payment must be received before production begins.

We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store card details. The following payment methods accepted on our website: Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klara, Discover & Google Pay. Cash and Pay after Delivery payment options are not available.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but aren’t guaranteed as these are out of our control. (couriers sometimes have their own ideas). We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

• Postal or courier services

• Customs (for international orders)

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Once your order is delivered, responsibility passes to you.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), customers usually have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods.

Because our products are print-on-demand and produced specifically for you, orders are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun.

If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately after ordering. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel and refund your order.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:

• As described

• Of satisfactory quality

• Fit for purpose

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Provide photographs and your order number.

• We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We may ask for the item to be returned to us before issuing a refund or replacement. We promise to make it right!

Returns (Non-Faulty Items)

Because everything is made just for you, we can’t accept returns for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Changing your mind

• Minor colour differences due to screen display
