Design Processing – Your selected design is prepared for print.
Made to Order – Your item is printed and professionally produced by our trusted print partners.
Quality Check – Each product is checked before being packaged.
Dispatched to You – Your order is shipped directly to your address.
Because everything is made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location:
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Europe: 3–10 business days after dispatch
United States & International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs are calculated based on your address as part of the check-out process. For more information, please add this product and your address to your shopping basket to see accurate shipping costs
PLEASE NOTE: During busy periods (such as holidays or special promotions), production and shipping times may be slightly longer. Most of our products will ship from the United Kingdom, so your delivery has to pass through customs. For this reason, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or has a quality issue, such as manufacturing defects, stains, print errors, or if the wrong item was received. Minor variations in print placement, normal wear and tear, or slight colour differences are not considered defects. While our printers regularly calibrate colours to match the designs, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. This does not qualify as a defect and is not a valid reason for return or cancellation

Meet Patattekind Ben De La Creme – the heart and inspiration behind this product.
Ben is absolutely adored by his family. When their son asked for Ben-inspired gifts for his birthday, there was no way we could say no. That request sparked the creation of an entire collection celebrating this handsome Frenchie. The photo used here, taken by his mom, perfectly captures Ben’s iconic Frenchie stare – the very expression that became the foundation of this design.
Born in our home in 2025, Ben is Patatje’s son and truly the best Frenchie brother any boy could wish for. The two of them love nothing more than cuddling up together and heading out for walks side by side.
